George Clooney's wife wows in pink gown as she's honoured at prestigious awards
George Clooney 's wife Amal Clooney looked breathtaking in a long light pink lace gown as she was honoured with the Diane von Furstenberg 's 14th Annual DVF Awards during the 80th annual Venice Film Festival in Italy.
Amal was seen hand-in-hand with her famous A-list husband as she stepped out to receive the prestigious award. The 45-year-old Human rights lawyer looked gorgeous in a classy take on the popular lingerie as outerwear trend as she rocked a blush-coloured lace gown with tool that hugged her slim, modelesque figure.
The stunning human rights activist looked sensational as she paired the elegant look with long, dangling matching pink pearl drop earrings and strappy sparkling nude heels. Amal completed the look with a flattering half-up half-down hairstyle with her long, cascading brunette hair in waves as she went for a full-glam makeup look with light pink lipstick.
Amal's handsome husband George looked equally as striking beside the beautiful honouree, wearing a stylish dark black suit that he kept half unbuttoned with a navy blue dress shirt underneath. Before the thrilling event the pair were seen making the most of their trip enjoying a romantic dinner together in Venice.
At the event Amal was presented with the DVF Leadership Award recognising her activism surrounding global human rights. On the DVF website the organisation outlined her achievements writing: "Amal Clooney is an award-winning human rights lawyer who has spent the past two decades defending victims of injustice around the world," they continued: "Amal has represented high-profile political prisoners and survivors of mass atrocities, such as the Yazidi women and girls enslaved by ISIS, civilians attacked by Sudanese militia and government forces in Darfur, and female activists imprisoned around the globe."
