Love Island star Indiyah Polack has called out Trojan condoms after seeing their 'calculated' adverts during Notting Hill Carnival in London last weekend.

The reality TV star and Love Island podcast host took to Snapchat to insist the annual event, which celebrates Caribbean culture, was not a 'sex fest' and the contraception didn't need to be promoted in such a way at the event. Taking to the platform to call out the advertisements, Indiyah fumed: "Why the hell are Trojan condoms doing ads for carnival? Major side eye. Like what on God's green earth do condoms have to do with carnival please? Carnival is not a sex fest and shouldn't be promoted in that way either.

"As a Carribean I find it very distasteful. The PR team should have thought that one through. People have sex everywhere. You don't see them promoting their condoms at Glastonbury, Leeds, Reading or any other festival. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's a calculated advertisement in my opinion," [sic] Indiyah added.

Indiyah attended the annual Notting Hill Carnival with her boyfriend and fellow Love Island star, Dami Hope. The reality TV couple ensured that they turned heads while dancing in the streets as Indiyah left little to the imagination in a beaded bikini top and matching thong, while Dami wore matching beads across his chest.

She won the hearts of the nation with her headstrong and energetic personality on the 2022 series of Love Island, but Indiyah decided to ditch her staple look and her long locks for the two-day festival. The reality TV star got rid of her famous long locks and iconic blonde streak and opted for a more natural look as she debuted a much shorter, curly hairdo – a look which her beau Dami seemed to adore.

Dublin-born Dami admitted that he couldn't get enough Indiyah's cropped bob hairstyle and he tweeted: "Indi just got a new hairstyle now I gotta give her a new name, cause this deffo ain’t the same girl."

Indiyah and Dami weren't the only ones to dress to impress for Carnival however, as former Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock also pulled out all the stops for the two-day festival in a show-stopping look.

Mum-of-two Leigh-Anne, looked every bit a superstar as she stunned in a jaw-dropping feathered bodysuit which left little to the imagination. The Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker showed off her gym-honed physique in the bejewelled and feathered ensemble but kept things casual by donning a pair of Nike trainers underneath.
