Gemma Collins shares connection to Denise van Outen's ex’s new partner
Gemma Collins has revealed she has a friendship with Eddie Boxshall’s new girlfriend - risking her connection with The Only Way Is Essex narrator Denise van Ouyen.
The 42-year-old Queen of Memes was a cast member of Towie from 2011 until 2019 - during which time, and beyond, 49-year-old Denise has provided voice over work for the reality show. Denise dated 50-year-old Eddie from 2014 until 2022 - with the pair splitting amid allegations he had been unfaithful.
But Eddie has now moved on and is dating personal trainer Caroline Juniper - going ‘Instagram official’ following the August Bank Holiday weekend. Eddie shared a string of photos of himself partying with Caroline at a festival.
He uploaded the collection of snaps and videos and added the caption: “What a day !! what a weekend !!! Music , dancing , sun and plenty of [love] with this one.” He added three red heart emojis and a string of hashtags as well.

Gemma was also among those commenting on the snap, and she wrote adoringly: “My Caroline” along with a red heart emoji.

This in turn provoked a response from Eddie himself who shared a red heart emoji back to the reality star. And Caroline also responded with a red heart emoji.
Eddie torched his own relationship with Denise in 2022 when it was revealed he had been messaging other women via social media, sharing steamy exchanges. Heartbroken Denise hit out at her ex after she dumped him.

However, she has since found love and has started dating 55-year-old property developer Jimmy Barba. Denise has proudly showed off her new romance, welcoming Jimmy onto red carpets and attending music festivals with him over the summer - while friends have claimed she is “happier than ever” - and there is even talk of a wedding on the horizon.
One friend told the MailOnline in June: "Nobody who knows Denise and Jimmy would be the least bit surprised if they got engaged next year. She's been friends with him for a long, long time - but it's developed into something really special."
And talking at the TV Choice Awards, Denise explained that she met Jimmy through her friend, Blue star Duncan James.
She said: "He's been in the business before and Duncan's friends all know him. 'He used to be a dancer. I feel like I'm in good hands at the moment. He's a nice guy."
