Faye Brookes has given fans a sneak peak inside her sun-soaked honeymoon with husband Iwan Lewis. The newlyweds are documenting their lavish getaway on Vashugiri Private Island in the Maldives – but the updates may actually be contractual.
The Coronation Street star is a brand ambassador for the travel company behind her and Iwan's lavish break away, tagging each picture post as a 'paid partnership'. So, after seemingly shelling out on what looked to be an extremely luxurious wedding, the pair could well be saving another chunk of cash with their 'gifted getaway'.
"Filled with gratitude getting to share these unforgettable moments with my husband and my best friend," Faye penned alongside one of the holiday pictures, showing off a range of activities from beachside relaxation to deep-sea diving.

All-inclusive trips to similar private islands in the Maldives can set back holidaymakers more than £3,000 per person. Still, Faye is thought to be getting her entire trip paid for due to her celebrity ambassador role.

"Strong body, strong mind, unstoppable spirit. Even during my honeymoon I find it essential to workout, it always makes me feel good. Loving the process, celebrating progress," she wrote in her latest post, sharing a gym workout in the Maldives.
It was last Wednesday that Faye married her fiancé at a lavish venue after just a couple of months of dating. The actress announced her engagement with her theatre boss beau Iwan in January earlier this year.
She fell head over heels for Lewis late last year after they first met while Faye was involved in the stage production of Legally Blonde. The loved-up couple surprised fans when they announced their engagement just four months later, after Iwan popped the all-important question and asked Faye to be his wife.

Although the couple have yet to even mark their one-year anniversary, Faye and Iwan have now tied the knot surrounded by their nearest and dearest after spending the past six months meticulously planning their big day.
The lovebirds tied the knot at a lavish countryside ceremony and said their 'I do's at Shipton Moyne Church in the Cotswolds. The pair were seen driving off after the ceremony in a classic wedding car driven by Iwan. Faye looked incredible in an off-the-shoulder gown which featured a stunning lace corset and show-stopping a meringue skirt.
The soap star wore her dark locks back from her face in a half-up half-down style as she allowed her minimal bridal makeup to do the talking. Meanwhile, Faye's brand-new husband Iwan looked dapper in an all black suit, brown loafers, and a navy tie. Iwan gazed lovingly at his new wife in sweet snaps which saw the pair emerge from the church hand-in-hand.
Faye, who was a runner-up on Dancing On Ice in 2021 and played Kate Connor in Corrie for four years until 2019, has been engaged before – to former Pop Idol star Gareth Gates. Although their love story seemed to be perfect, the pair ultimately split, with Gareth demanding the £300,000 ring he bought for Faye be returned to him.
