Mel B treats her daughter with ex Eddie Murphy to posh meal after GCSE success
Mel B treated her teenage daughter Angel to a lavish meal to celebrate her successful GCSE exam results, revealing she had obtained a place at art school. The Spice Girl took her 16-year-old, who she shares with Hollywood ex Eddie Murphy, out in Leeds.
Along with Mel's fiance Rory McPhee, the group headed to TADA restaurant for a selection of Japanese treats on Monday and shared snaps from the wholesome outing. "Celebrating Angels Amazing GCSE results... Art school here you come yipeeeee," Mel wrote.
Angel appeared cheerful as she tucked into the food and soaked up the atmosphere after her successful studying. At one point during the evening, Rory flipped the camera into selfie mode, capturing the happy moment.

Mel put on a leggy display in a contrasting bright white and blue get-up.
Mel split from Angel's father, comedian Eddie, in December 2006 after a whirlwind romance. It was in 2019 that the singer admitted the Shrek star was 'the love of my life and always will be', despite their turbulent relationship.

Speaking on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, she said: "We had something special that I’ve never really truly felt with anybody else. I’ve thought I’ve had it, but they’ve lied. His was pure. He is the love of my life. He always will be."
"He showed me what true love feels like, and for that I have the utmost admiration and respect for him," Mel admitted. They first met during a house party at Eddie's home in Beverly Hills in 2006 where Mel says he planned 'massive dinner party' to meet her.

Angel was born the following year after their break-up and by that time, Eddie was engaged to film producer Tracey Edmonds.
Mel and Angel's outing comes after the singer was seen with her 24-year-old daughter Phoenix - who she shares with ex-partner Jimmy Gulzar - and her 66-year-old mum Andrea. The trio sported winning smiles as they posed in the sunshine beside a swimming pool in new pictures.
Mel showed off her washboard abs as she slipped into a range of designs - including an animal print bikini, a royal purple two-piece, and a bright green bikini. While posing with her daughter and mum, Mel celebrated the swimwear designs on display.
Uploading a collection of snaps to Instagram, she wrote: "I’ll tell you what I want, what I really, really want... I’m all about the girl power as you know, so when I was approached by @pourmoiltd for this campaign, I knew I had to be a part of it. It’s time that we owned our confidence, spread those positive vibes and empower others to be their true selves!"
