EastEnders' Lily Slater goes into labour as evil Theo carries out final revenge

Lily Slater will give birth on EastEnders next week - as evil Theo carries out his final revenge.

Theo Hawthorne has wormed his way into the Slater household after offering to tutor Stacey's daughter Lily. She has been home-schooled after falling pregnant with Ricky Jr.'s baby and Theo has been there almost every day to teach her.

However, he is hiding a dark secret and is actually stalking Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner). He has been chatting with her online under the fake name of 'Edmund', but has taken things to the next level after sending her flowers and leaving her fearing for her life. He takes things up a notch again next week, and finally reveals all about his true identity - just as Lily gives birth.

Spoilers for the BBC soap have revealed that Lily starts the week feeling poorly, whilst Martin's concerns about Theo go unnoticed as he steps in to delete them from her phone before she gets a chance to see them. Theo realises his time is up and is forced to reveal everything to Stacey about what he's been doing to her all these months.

Terrified, she tries to get him out the house but he has other plans. This all happens just as Lily's water breaks and Jean arrives just in time to see Lily is already in labour. With the ambulance delayed, Stacey and Jean prepare to help Lily deliver the baby at home.

Lily found out she was pregnant back on New Year's Day, with no indication that she was even expecting.

"Stacey's in complete and utter shock. They’re talking about her twelve-year-old daughter, who doesn’t have a boyfriend, and as far as Stacey knows, isn’t really that into boys. Initially, Stacey thinks that the doctors must be wrong. After that, she goes through every single emotion that you could possibly feel in such a short space of time," Lacey said back then of the storyline.

Following the emotional scenes, we've seen Stacey support Lily through her pregnancy, including when she was forced off school. Due to the rising cost of living and the new addition to the family, Stacey felt a need to earn more cash and that was why she decided to turn to her Secret Cam website in a bid to make more money to fund the Slater's lifestyle.
