Donald Trump claims he's the same weight as muscular Chris Hemsworth in Thor
Donald Trump has been accused of lying about his weight after he told officials he weighs 215lbs (15.4 stone and 98kg), the same weight as Chris Hemsworth during the filming of Thor.
The former US President surrendered at the Fulton county jail last night as he faces racketeering and conspiracy charges over his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the state of Georgia. According to jail records, Trump told officials he weighs 215lbs and is listed as 6ft 3 ins (190.5cm).
This puts him at the same weight as Hollywood actor Chris whenever he works out to transform into the muscly Thor. Chris spoke about his weight while discussing the Formula 1 racing movie Rush, for which he had to lose weight after filming the Marvel movie.

I was filming The Avengers when I got the call for Rush, so I went from 215lbs, which is how much I weigh when I'm playing Thor, down to about 185lbs," Chris said.
The 40-year-old said he underwent the transformation in four months. Speaking to BodyBuilding.com, Chris explained how he shed the pounds by shifting from weight training to cardio exercises. He described the experience as "pretty brutal".

Trump has previously said that his weight is actually 25lbs (1.8 stone and 11kg) heavier. Speaking to a New York court in April, he said he weighed in at 240lbs (17.1stone and 109kg).

Writing on Twitter, he said: "I will give 100 thousand dollars to Trump's favourite charity if he will step on an accurate scale with an impartial medical professional, okayed by both of us. For real. #Girther #GirtherMovement."
He also shared pictures of several men who are 6ft 3 ins standing next to Trump. The images showed him to be shorter than he claims to be.
One person accused Gunn of fat shaming the former President. He replied: "This has nothing to do with fat shaming. It has to do with a continuous pattern of fabricating facts by both Trump and his administration."
