Rihanna's racy Super Bowl show branded 'too sexualised' in complaints to FCC
Global star Rihanna burst back into the limelight with a long awaited stage return to perform at the legendary Super Bowl Halftime Show.
The Diamonds singer — who displayed a notable baby bump — appeared on a elevated platform high above the crowds at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona for the iconic event.
But although the majority of fans loved the performance, which saw her wear a relatively conservative 'red jumpsuit', some fans claim her 'crotch' touching moves - and those of her back up dancer - were 'pornographic'.
The FCC, who regulates interstate and international communications through cable, radio, television, satellite and wire in the US, received 103 complains from outraged viewers who claimed the lyrics and choreography was 'too sexualised' according to TMZ .
The Barbados-born beauty actually followed a far less intensive routine than her back-up dancers due to her pregnancy and what fans typically expect from the Good Girl Gone Bad singer.

But other fans praised for her performance for packing in a medley of her hits and new songs in to a single set of 13 minutes.
One fan wrote on Twitter : " Rihanna did her thing. She was stylish as f*** and played some of her best hits," wrote one fan.

Another fan posted on Instagram : "Thank you Rihanna for not over sexualizing the half time show. Was just the perfect amount of adult content but able to let the kids enjoy it!
Meanwhile Rihanna told ahead of her come back segment that the biggest challenge with her "jam-packed show" has been cutting down the set list.

And although Ri's latest show — her first in five years since becoming a mom — saw complaints it was nothing compared to the 540,000 people with told the FCC in 2004 when during Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson's Super Bowl XXXVIII at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, in 2004.
