Katie Price is reportedly embroiled in a heated row with her new neighbours after her petrolhead beau Carl Woods 'turned their rental property into a car lot'. The former glamour model moved into the new pad in Essex after departing her Mucky Mansion.

Despite living at the new house for less than a month, Katie and Carl appear to have already rubbed their next-door residents up the wrong way. Sources say cars have been parked outside the on-off couple's home and that they've been 'reported to the council'.

Neighbours are reportedly complaining of noise at the mum-of-five's house due to Carl's alleged activities, something representatives for the former reality TV personality deny. His team insist he has 'no ongoing enforcement cases with the local council'.

An insider told The Sun: "Neighbours spotted several cars parked outside the new home in Essex and have reported him to the council. They haven’t applied for a licence to run a business from the home and cars are always coming and going - it’s really loud."

The same outlet reports that cars have 'now left the home' after council officials reportedly contacted Katie and Carl. The Mirror has contacted the couple's representatives for comment.

It was while living at Katie's Mucky Mansion that the pair had a similar run-in with local council officials as an investigation was launched into the 'alleged running of a second hand car business', but it was later closed in March last year, per the paper.

Storing and selling cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised change of use of the property, per planning laws. Anyone breaking the strict rules can expect an unlimited fine and incidents could lead to repossession and fees.

A representative for Carl claims he was "not conducting any form of business activity from his personal address". They added: "Carl simply resides at the property and his successful car dealership is run from a separate secure unit that his company rents. Carl has no ongoing enforcement cases with the local council."

The alleged ordeal comes after Katie's daughter shared with ex Peter Andre, Princess, revealed she 'didn't pass all' of her GCSE exams as she opened her results on an Instagram live with her dad by her side.

The teenager was heading home from her school after collecting her envelope with her famous dad in tow as she started reading out her grades to her social media followers. "It's important to know that you worked really hard for what you got", Peter could be heard saying. Princess' live reaction was watched by over 2,000 fans on the social media platform as she confirmed her results.

Grades across England and Wales were traditionally marked A* to U but since 2020, these have been replaced with a number scheme. Now, a 9, 8, 7 means A* to A, while 6, 5, 4 means B and C, 3, 2, 1 means D, E, F, G – a weak pass. While Princess stated that she "didn't pass" every exam, she said it was "fine" as she proceeded to confirm she managed to score a 3 in Business Studies.

She added: "So basically, the way it works, a Four is a pass and then below a 4 is a fail and a 9 is the highest you can get. I got a 3 in Business, a 3 in drama, a 5 in English, 6 in Fashion, 4 in Music and a 3 in Geography and Maths. It's not bad, I'm annoyed at Maths because I have to re-take it."

Her dad could be overheard saying: "Yeah but you got close, you got really close", as Princess added: "Yeah, I was nine marks off getting a 4". Peter added: "I saw you working hard, that's more important, you worked hard". "I need to re-sit my maths, I hate maths, maths is like I never get maths," Princess commented.

Peter went on to say: "You got 89 but you needed 98," before Princess explained she needed to score 98 out of a possible 200 in order to pass the examination. "I'm proud of you anyway, I am," Peter was overheard saying before explaining he was taking his daughter to McDonalds as a treat.

The Mirror has contacted Katie's representatives for comment.
