Pregnant Laura Anderson quits social media break after Gary Lucy reconciliation

Laura Anderson has broken her silence after it was reported she had been spending time with Gary Lucy, days before her due date.

The Love Island star, 34, is expecting her first child with the Footballers' Wives actor, 41, after the couple met on Celebs Go Dating. The pair had a rough break-up shortly after Laura announced she was pregnant, but now it looks like they will be playing happy families after taking a trip to the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland together.

Following their time in the country, Laura took to Instagram to share a video of herself bouncing on a pregnancy ball. She wrote: "Hate this bloody ball & this tea tbh but I had a sweep today. Not something I thought I'd get but gave it a bash. Thank you for all your messages just giving those interested a lil update. No doubt I'll be quiet on here for a lil bit as life is sort of standing still atm. Trying to enjoy the calm but it's hard."

After the couple were seen up in the Highlands, a source told The Sun: "He [Gary] flew to Scotland to see Laura and they were spotted together at Glasgow airport. Then the next week, they went to Gleneagles, the luxury hotel, together."

Laura even shared a snap of herself wearing a white dressing gown as she posed in the garden of the luxury hotel as fans flocked to the comments section to find out what was happening. One wrote: "Omg I saw Gary there are you guys back together?" along with a heart emoji.

While it is unknown whether Gary and Lucy have got back together or are simply spending time together ahead of the birth, the Scottish star was previously adamant there was no way the two were going to reconcile after she told her social media followers she and Gary were "definitely not" on good terms following their split. At the time, Laura also said that she hopes to co-parent with the actor and that her daughter would be close to his kids from his past relationship.

The Love Island star, who used to live in Dubai with ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers, spoke about her "shock" after finding out she was expecting with Gary despite saying the pregnancy was "planned". Talking to OK! magazine, she said: "It was planned and it was both of our decisions."

Opening up about how life is full of surprises, Laura added: "I always imagined having that traditional family set-up in my thirties." She also said that Gary had been in "two minds" about being present at her birth, sharing: "He’s currently in two minds so I’ve asked my mum as well, as you are allowed two birthing partners."
