Ben Foden's daughter, 3, rushed to hospital after freak accident at outdoor gym
Ben Foden's daughter, three, has suffered from a hairline fracture after injuring herself while playing at a parkour gym.
The former Dancing On Ice star and his wife Jackie had been enjoying a summer holiday together, along with his two children Aoife and Tadhg, who he shares with ex-wife Una Healy. However, things didn't exactly go to plan when his daughter Farrah was left requiring urgent medical treatment.
The youngster and her siblings had been making the most of their time together at a local play gym when she suffered a fall which subsequently caused a fracture. Both Jackie and Ben took to their respective Instagram Stories to share the news with fans as they posted a snap of the tot laying on a hospital bed in the emergency department.
Alongside the post of Farrah, Jackie penned: "What summer vaca is complete without a trip to the ER, thanks @ferox.athletics!" Another post saw Farrah, sitting alongside her two siblings while wearing a thigh-high pink cast to help her recover from the injury. Jackie explained that children require such high casts as they can "slip out of them easily".

She said: "Farrah was jumping into the foam pit at Ferox (which is a parkour gymnasium down the block) off those gymnastics jumping platforms, not even just the ledge into the pit, off an elevated metal platform they have at the edge of the put," she added that "some moron kid" had removed foam blocks from the area which she hadn't realised. "There were still a couple left, so it's hard to judge the depth, and she jumped in and her foot hit the floor inside the pit."

She added: "So in Farrah's case, it's a hairline fracture in the front of her foot, but bc babies slip out of casts so easily they have to cast up to the thigh. She can't walk or do anything for the next 4-6 weeks, which is unfathomable to even think about for a toddler." Last year, Jackie opened up about suffering a devastating miscarriage as she fired back at vile social media trolls.
As one person attempted to make a nasty remark on her appearance, Jackie fired back with: "I was pregnant for a while so I haven't had Botox in a while, just had a miscarriage last week, and my two-year-old has sleep regression so I haven't slept in a million years. I apologise if my old haggard appearance bothers you."
The pair married in 2019, shortly after his split from The Saturdays singer Una Healy, who had previously been known as Una Foden before deciding to ditch her married name. Discussing his relationship at the time, Chester-born Ben said: "I met a girl who seriously swept me off my feet and in a time of hardship showed me love, a deep devoted love."
