Silhouetted by moonlight and lavish curtains, Kim Kardashian can be seen showing off a fake pregnancy in the teaser trailer for new season of American Horror Story: Delicate.

Wearing an eerie white wig, deep red lipstick and creepy black eyeliner, she turns slowly to the camera in a choppy cutscene, looking lovingly down at her baby bump — which suddenly turns into a massive spider that crawls its way out of her womb.

The 42-year-old reality TV star is set to star in the upcoming 12th season of the popular American horror series, which airs on FX. The season premiere will be September 20.

She'll be appearing alongside actress Emma Roberts, an American Horror Story alumna, and supermodel Cara Delevingne and will play the character "Siobhan Walsh."

The minute-long trailer begins with Kardashian slowly lowering her spider-style circular glasses, which Roberts and Delevingne also do, before the three stare creepily at the camera. They're each dressed in similar silver wigs and appear hauntingly emotionless yet eerily gorgeous.

The scene then cuts to a series of silver-wigged clones dancing in a circle, weaving a giant spiderweb that Kardashian stands in the middle of. An ominous voice chants out a slightly altered version of a nursery rhyme.

All the clones wear hospital gowns, but Kardashian is adorned with a flawless black dress that hugs her body.

In an instant, the scene choppily shifts to another arena, in the middle of which sits a medical table with Kardashian laying on it. Delevingne comes by just as a man kisses her forehead, and the supermodel performs an in vitro fertilization on the SKIMS mogul with a bloody syringe covered in baby spiders.

That's when the camera pans to the scene where Kardashian is clutching the massive spider.

The clips following that scene are short and fleeting, showing lots of multiplying cells, dozens of spiders and a bird's egg crawling with the eight-legged critters.

In another scene, Roberts can be seen sprinting away from a group of people scaling a wall in pursuit of her.

The final scene in the trailer is the same as the one that began it, showing Kardashian in the middle of the web, surrounded by the hospital gown-wearing people chanting. But this time, she cradles what appears to be an actual baby, holding the cloth-shrouded figure with giant latex gloves reminiscent of opera mitts.

Throughout the video, her figure appears normal, though hourglass-shaped — unlike the Instagram pictures she posted that fans attacked for looking like her right side was missing.

The reality star has previously admitted to editing her photos, but the ones in question were bashed for being prime examples of a "photoshop FAIL," said some commenters.

Kardashian is set to star in American Horror Story: Delicate with Demi Moore, Matt Czuchry, Julie White, Debra Monk Annabelle Dexter-Jones and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez.
