Disney Plus UK has plenty to offer in the coming months, as the platform has announced new and original content set to be added.

While there's the existing classics, subscribers can also expect new seasons of their favourite shows, including Marvel's Loki season two and The Kardashians season four. There's also some special documentaries and series on the way, which only those with Disney+ can view.

Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds's hit Welcome to Wrexham is returning this September for a second season, as the US actors, and owners of Wrexham Football Club, return for more fun and games. Meanwhile, the long-awaited second series of Loki will be available to stream from October 6.

Kardashian fans wanting the latest action from the famous family can see new episodes from September 28. There's a few new shows on the way, including a three-part documentary with Coleen Rooney after her very public court case with Rebekah Vardy last year. The doc, titled Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, will look at the case that gripped the nation a year ago.

The synopsis reads: "The series will be told through exclusive access to the woman at the heart of it all, Coleen Rooney, alongside interviews with family, friends and key players involved in the resulting trial. Uncovering one of the biggest tabloid news stories in Britain for the last decade, it reveals how Coleen turned amateur online sleuth to find an explanation for why private stories concerning herself and her family continued to appear in the media."

It continues: "As well as the case itself, we will explore how Coleen has had her life played out in public for the last 20 years. We know her as one of Britain's most famous celebrities and wife of England’s record-scoring footballer Wayne Rooney." No streaming date has been announced as of yet, while it is set to be released this year.

Other new content on the platform includes UK original series Culprits. Starring a cast including Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Gemma Arterton and Eddie Izzard, the series is said to mix "dark drama, with moments of absurdity and jet-black comedy". The thriller follows the aftermath of a heist, with the group seeing everything start to go wrong in the fallout.

Other titles set to stream later this year include American limited series A Murder at the End of the World, Lions of Sicily and Epic Adventures with Bertie Gregory season two. Viewers can continue to stream existing favourites including The Bear, Only Murders in the Building, Secret Invasion, AHSOKA and films including Avatar: The Way of Water.

That's not all for the new content though, as Disney Plus UK users will finally get access to the new The Little Mermaid movie, released in cinemas earlier this year. The live-action remake of the classic Disney animation streams on the site from September 6. New Pixar film Win or Lose is also available to stream from December.
