Katie Price’s on-off fiancé Carl Woods says 'no chance' over her wedding dreams
Katie Price's on-again-off-again fiancé Carl Woods took a swipe at her as she shared her wedding dreams on social media. The former glamour model sat down for a chat with her sister Sophie to discuss the 'craziest rumour' she heard about herself.
"What is the craziest rumour you've ever heard about yourself?" Sophie asked, to which Katie answered: "Jesus, where would I start?" before remembering some gossip. "I've got some gossip! I'm getting married at Gretna Green, getting swept away because Mum doesn't agree with it."
Katie captioned the post: "Am I getting married again?! I answer the wedding rumours on my podcast this week." Carl took notice of the marriage talk and rushed to the comment section to take a swipe at the TV personality. The former Love Island star wrote: "No chance."
The glamour model confirmed she and Carl were firmly back together after they were spotted enjoying a sun-soaked holiday to Ibiza early this month. They were also seen sharing a passionate kiss out and about near Katie’s home in Sussex a few weeks before. After putting her engagement ring back on her finger, Katie is said to finally be ready to say ‘I do’.

During that time, they split multiple times, with Carl most recently accusing her of cheating on him. Katie and Carl are now reportedly putting their full focus on their wedding - which is set to be a low-key affair.

Speaking about the upcoming wedding, a pal recently told OK! magazine: “Katie is planning on having a secret wedding with Carl, then a big party afterwards. It will be soon. She loves the thrill of getting married and wants to do it again.” Giving more details about what Katie has planned, the source continued: “Katie’s keen to run off and wed Carl at a registry office. The kids will be there, but she won’t tell her mum until it’s done. Katie knows Amy would be fuming and tell her not to do it. She keeps suggesting to Carl they elope to Gretna Green.”
Carl and Katie got engaged in April 2021 only 10 months after meeting when he surprised her with a romantic proposal in her garden. However, her mum Amy has been open about her dislike for Carl and previously said she has no 'respect' for him. "I have no respect for Carl. I have to stand by what I believe and I believe Carl knows and accepts this," she explained.
