UFOs spotted miles from major US city in swamp home to 'shapeshifting creature'
UFOs have reportedly been spotted near a major US city home to a legendary swamp creature known as the Pukwudgie.
The flying orbs were apparently seen around 50 miles south of Boston, Massachusetts in an area known as the Bridgewater Triangle - famed for its supernatural happenings between the towns of Abington, Rehoboth, and Freetown.
A mythical shapeshifting creature has long-gripped the imaginations of town folk, with Pukwudgie engrained in Native American folklore. Pukwudgies were described as "small people," according to Matt Moniz, an analytical chemist.
As part of an investigative report from Paul Beban and Andrew Bustamante on their History Channel series, Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, Montz explained the Pukwudgie was supposedly witnessed many times by the Algonquian peoples in the swampy wilderness within the triangle.
The team captured an orb of light in the sky (HISTORY)He said: "It is a thing that will lure you into the woods with balls of light. Or it'll call you - 'follow me, follow my light, follow my voice.'" Moniz also described them as a "type of soul-stealer — they are also known to be shapeshifters."

While conducting their own research at night, the team stumbled upon another unexpected phenomenon in what appeared to be UFOs. Using drones and infrared to detect pockets of heat, they searched the swamp area before picking up a "magnetic field interference," as team located a borough in the ground nearby with a considerable heat signature.
They are seen sending the drone back up after a brief charge, with the magnetic interference seemingly still present as several compasses malfunctioned. Orbs of moving light immediately appeared, as a member of the team shout: "What's that over there? That one right there.", reports The U.S. Sun.
The team said they picked up small pockets of heat with their drone and infrared (HISTORY)Another adds: "That's super bright it's going right through the treeline." Last month a mysterious green fireball has been captured on a Ring doorbell sparking alien fears in a sleepy town.
The bright light is believed to have been a meteor burning up as it entered the Earth’s atmosphere. However, some locals were convinced that the light looked more like a UFO landing on a nearby street.
The clip shows the green light filling the night sky behind a nearby house before quickly disappearing. It was captured in Gretna, south of New Orleans, Louisiana, US, at around 4.30am on 14 July.
The phenomenon was also reported by numerous residents in nearby areas, including Madisonville and Eunice.
