George Clarke fans in awe as he shares sweet snap of daughter on her birthday
Fans of George Clarke were in awe after he shared a rare snap of his daughter on her birthday. The presenter wished his daughter Iona a happy birthday on his Instagram page - which boasts 220,000 followers.
The Channel 4 star wrote: "The greatest girl on earth. I love you more than words can ever describe Iona. Happy birthday baby," along with a few heart emojis. Many followers rushed to the comment section to say she is the "spitting image" of her property presenter father.
One user said: "Happy birthday, Iona, you are the spitting image of your dad," while another commented: "Looks so like you! Beautiful girl." One follower wrote: "Oh my goodness how grown up is she." In the snap, Iona enjoyed a delicious dessert at the dinner table while on a sunny holiday.

George shared a second photo of his daughter on her birthday, writing: "Happy 16th Birthday to the greatest girl on earth. I love you Iona…to the moon and back ."
The 48-year-old architect from Sunderland has three teenage children and has been married twice. He met his first wife, Australian female animator and art director Catriona Drummond, in the early 2000s after working for her brother, former Armani model Swiggy Drummond.

The pair tied the knot in 2009, and when Swiggy sadly died from brain cancer aged just 39 before having the chance to carry the Olympic torch in 2012, George did it for him.He said: "I was proud to carry the Olympic torch on behalf of my brother-in-law, Swiggy Drummond, who died recently from cancer."
George and Catriona lived together in a lovely house in Notting Hill, West London, which George renovated, with their three children, Georgie, 20, Emilio, 18, and Iona. Unfortunately, the couple announced they were going their separate ways in 2013 and divorced the following year.
In a statement at the time, George said: "We have been married quite a long time and decided to part. We have separate custody of the kids and are going through an amicable separation and divorce." Several years later, George tied the knot with American fashion marketing and communications consultant Katie Morgan Jones.
The pair split in early 2022, and he has since moved on with opera singer Florence Hvorostovsky - who was previously married to husband Dmitri, an opera baritone.
