The first pictures of Mick Fleetwood's Hawaii restaurant, Fleetwood's on Front Street, have surfaced after the restaurant tragically burned down this week.

Raging wildfires have been spreading across the Hawaiian island of Maui this week, killing over 50 people and burning down various houses and establishments. Sadly, this rocker's iconic restaurant was one of them.

Mick first opened the restaurant in 2012 but has lived in the US state for decades. His restaurant was known for its seafood dishes, rooftop bar, and breathtaking views.

The drummer took to Twitter to share his heartbreaking news, writing: "Maui and the Lahaina community have been my home for several decades," and continued: "This is a devastating moment for Maui, and many are suffering unimaginable loss. Fleetwood's on Front Street has been lost and while we are heartbroken, our main priority is the safety of our dear staff and team members."

Fans were quick to share their memories on social media of their experience at the restaurant. "I have over a decade of memories from Lahaina and your beautiful restaurant was definitely one of them," one wrote, adding that they tried to recreate his Lime in a Coconut drink but, "it never tasted the same."

"Devastating to think this place no longer exists," One Twitter user wrote as the shared a video of them and a group of people on the rooftop as a performer sings and plays piano.

Others shared that they spent anniversaries, birthdays, and just overall fond experiences at Fleetwood's on Front Street. But most of all, people shared their support and well wishes for the people of Maui as they are forced to evacuate their homes and deal with horrible loss.

"Heartbroken for the people of Maui," one person wrote. Another stayed positive, writing: "Maui will rebuild stronger than ever."

Firefighters have been fighting the flames for the past few days, and the fires have been caused by a dry summer and hurricane winds. The death toll only accounts for people found outdoors, according to Maui County Mayor Richard T. Bissen Jr, who added that rescue teams have yet to search inside any buildings.

On its website, a banner reads: "Fleetwood's on Front St will be closed until further notice," which gives fans of the establishment a bit of hope that the restaurant will be restored back to its former glory someday.
