The former drummer posted the heartbreaking news on his Twitter saying: "Maui and the Lahaina community have been my home for several decades," and continued: "This is a devastating moment for Maui, and many are suffering unimaginable loss. Fleetwood's on Front Street has been lost and while we are heartbroken, our main priority is the safety of our dear staff and team members."

The deadly wildfires began several days ago as thousands of Hawaii residents were forced to evacuate their homes. Firefighters are fighting to contain the dangerous flames, but so far the fires have killed 36 people with several communities completely burned to the ground. The wildfires have been fuelled by a dry summer and strong winds from a passing hurricane.

Fans of the famous former drummer took to Twitter responding to the heartbreaking loss of his small business with many sharing the special memories they've created at Fleetwood's on Front Street.
