Danny Jones' son rushed to A&E as McFly star's Tenerife holiday takes bad turn
Danny Jones' wife has revealed that their son was rushed to hospital during their family holiday in Tenerife.
The McFly singer, 37, and his wife Georgia were left deeply concerned after their young son Cooper began vomiting on holiday and ended up in a hospital bed. Sharing photos of the nightmare holiday scenario, Georgia said that he had been "so so brave" but that it had been a stressful situation.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she posted a photo of Cooper curled up in bed next to a bucket and wrote: "Sorry I left you all on a bit of a cliff hanger. This little just before we were due to fly home got a bit sick... And when I say a bit sick... He pretty quickly went from this..."
Posting another photo of him in bed and connected to a drip, she wrote with a teary eye and broken heart emoji: "To this... But goodness he was so so brave. I think had this of been England it wouldn't of been quite as dramatic but I guess they have to be so careful with dehydration in little ones in hot countries. He wasn't keeping water down so was pretty dehydrated and lethargic." [sic]

She wrote: "We obviously had to change flights, book our accomodation for longer & rearrange at [other] bits and bobs. But we had to make sure this little man was back to eating waffles & chocolate sauce before we were confident to fly. A bit of a stressful end to the holiday... but we're home now."

Two days earlier, Georgia shared an adorable video of Cooper and Danny mucking about in the swimming pool, writing: "THE SWIMMING LEAP. I came on this holiday armed with all the flotation devices for Cooper… NO WAY was I gonna be caught out like last time! Armed with a life vest and special round armbands that don’t scratch a layer of your skin off! We headed to the pool on the first day.
"But by the end of the day my well planned inflatables were no longer needed. I think there’s something about maybe his age & the nice warm pool (& I really hope the swimming lessons ) but our little man suddenly turned into a mini Phelps!. I have never seen him swim a width unaided, dive, hold his breath, jump in without us there to catch him! It’s been really incredible to watch.
"Did you notice a switch at 5 years old? Is this when the ‘having zero fear’ happens? Would love to know your swimming journeys. Very thankful my husband is a big kid… because (just like my mumma) I’m very much not a water baby! )."
In response, Danny commented: "Go on the boyyyyyyy!!" He went on to later share a collection of adorable photos of the family on holiday, with Cooper very much looking like a mini Danny as he posed in a pair of reflective shades. He wrote with a blue heart emoji: "Fam Time 2023 Dump!!!
