A Below Deck Down Under star has been fired from the show after getting into a co-star’s bed naked without her consent.

Luke Jones was given his marching orders over his inappropriate behaviour as a drunken Margot Sisson tried to sleep in her bunk bed. He was filmed walking into her room with his boxer shorts on, which he later removed, as he tried to get her to come with him to the Jacuzzi.

Producers were then forced to intervene after Luke climbed into Margot’s bed fully naked. After telling them to f*** off, the producers hit back: “We can’t do that, she said no, she said no.”

Earlier on in the evening, Chief Stew Aesha Scott showed her concern for Margot, who had got “really drunk” at dinner after downing shots, and said: “I just want to chaperone you a bit” as the crew headed back onboard the boat.

On the way back in a taxi, Luke told Margot “you should come and cuddle with me”, which she refused and told him: “No, let’s go. I just want to go to bed.” Aesha then helped Margot back to her cabin and went to get her a glass of water.

Aesha told Margot: “I don’t want any drunkenness to be taken advantage of, so I’d just like to see you get into bed safely. I’ll get you water... I saw the way that Luke was looking at you and I’m feeling very protective.”

Making her feelings about Luke very clear, Margot then told Aesha: “I am glad that you are here. I don’t want to go in the Jacuzzi. I want to go to bed. All I want is water and bed, no Luke.”

As Margot tried to sleep it off, the boat was hit with a power cut which resulted in Aesha leaving the cabin to find out what was going on. It was at this point Luke crept back into a “completely unconscious” Margot’s room and got into bed with her naked.

He finally got out of the bed as the lights came back on after producers stepped in to warn him about consent. As Aesha came back to check on Margot she realised what Luke had done and said to him: “Dude, what the f***?”

Back in Margot’s cabin, Aesha told her what had happened and said: “So we had a power shortage, so Laura [another crew member] and I went to the crew mess and I turned around and the producers were like ‘Get out, get out’ and then Luke runs out of here naked.”

“Oh my God. Eww, he was naked?” a shocked Margot responded. Asked if she had consented to Luke being there, Margot replied: “No, I was asleep. I did not invite that at all. I didn’t even know.”

After telling Margot she “isn’t having any of this f***ing s***”, Aesha went to Captain Jason Chambers’ quarters to tell him what had happened, which ultimately led to Luke getting fired the next day.

Breaking down in tears, Aesha said: “Basically, we came home tonight and I just kind of felt like Luke wanted to take advantage of Margot’s drunkenness a little bit. She was pretty out of it. Then the next thing I know, the power goes out and Luke is f***ing running out of Margot’s bed naked. She was completely unconscious.”

Captain Jason asked if anything happened, to which Aesha replied ‘No’ and confirmed Margot was safe. Asked where Luke was now, Aesha said he was “so freaked out that he’s locked himself in his room”.

Aesha continued: “We don’t actually know what would have happened, but being in her bed naked and she’s got no idea actually makes my skin crawl. I have had a drunken sexual assault experience before and I never wanted that to happen to anyone else. And she’s [Margot’s] such a sweet angel that the thought of anyone violating or being in her space just makes me feel sick.”

After telling Luke to spend the night in a hotel, Captain Jason fired him the next day and gave the crew a talk about the importance of consent and boundaries and rules they must follow onboard.

He said: “We had an incident last night, and I want to stress that this is a place that we respect each other. Our cabin is our safety zone. The door is our boundary, that door is not to be opened unless it’s consensual. To walk into someone else’s room without consent, indecent, is my limit.”

When fellow crew member Laura Bileskalne’s reaction to the incident was that Luke wasn’t to blame, she was fired too for showing “little respect and empathy" towards Margot.
