This Morning star welcomes baby after struggling to conceive
This Morning star Emma Kenny announced the arrival of her third child, a daughter named Etta-Blue. The TV psychologist took to social media to share the exciting news with fans.
She shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed cradling her newborn daughter, Etta-Blue, while her husband Pete stood by her side smiling from ear-to-ear in scrubs. Emma kept her pregnancy secret from the public and said she had a number of miscarriages in the last few years.
In the caption, she wrote: "I’ve waited 10 years to finally hold you in my arms. With every miscarriage, I tried to learn to be grateful and accepting of what I had. I tried to dampen my desire to be a mother to another child, to find peace in my natural infertility and yet it felt so unnatural all in the same moment.

The baby is called Etta-Blue (Instagram)"I have spent the last 9 months hiding my pregnancy, travelling the country with my theatre show, filming my YouTube crime content, and working on as many projects as possible in a bid to distract myself from the growing hope and possibility that this time you may just become a reality, and that this time things will end in the sweetness of joy, instead of the agony of loss."
She added: "For the past 38 weeks you have grown quietly, you have allowed me a symptomless and easy pregnancy, and whilst your arrival was by far the most dramatic, I feel a blindsiding giddy glee knowing you finally decided to announce your presence in a way that none of us could ignore."

Speaking to her daughter, she said her 'beauty is breathtaking', her 'company perfect' and her 'presence utterly profound'. Emma said she 'grieves' the years they missed out on but said the mother-daughter duo were 'meant to be' at this point in time.

Emma shares children Tyde, 16, and Evan, 14, with her ex-husband.
Emma is an on-screen psychologist who works on This Morning (ITV)The TV star also posted a snap of her baby on Twitter and said: "The indescribable joy washing over me as I stare at you in wonder…..how grateful I am you chose me. Etta-Blue thank you."
Emma was best known for her role as an agony aunt on This Morning where she hosted phone-in segments to help viewers with their personal lives.
In 2021, the on-screen psychologist had to deny claims she was fired from the show due to anti-lockdown tweets.
