A grandmother who won a luxury mansion in a £25 raffle has already put the £4.5 million property back on the market.

June Smith, 74, has listed the six-bedroom property for sale in Cornwall just three months after she was handed the keys in May. The widow celebrated the win by popping open a "bottle of red" after telling her grandchildren.

She won the property after taking part in the Omaze Million Pound prize draw. As part of the winnings, it came mortgage free, with all stamp duty and legal fees paid for. June, from Essex, sadly lost her husband Ron after he suffered from a heart attack. She said he would have loved the mansion.

The three-storey home, which boasts a built-in yoga studio, was said to have been the biggest property to have ever been won in a raffle in Britain. Now, the property, called Pieds Dans L Eau can be found for sale on Rightmove. June said she hopes the money will help her grandchildren.

Speaking about her fortune, June said: "Winning this house has been an incredible experience, I still can't believe it all actually happened to me, it still feels so surreal. We all came and stayed together and absolutely love the house and Cornwall - and my six grandchildren have certainly made the most of it.

"The house is just wonderful and it's been a magical holiday that we'll remember forever. I knew winning this house would be life-changing for all my family, and that's why I've decided to sell now, as I want to use the money to help all my children and grandchildren with the next chapter in their lives."

Boasting a concrete landing stage with direct water access so you can literally 'dip your toes in the water', this elegant south-west facing six-bedroom modern waterfront home and separate annexe, provides luxury living of the highest standard."
