Stephen Triffitt is widely regarded as the master of his craft both here and in the US, with the Frank Sinatra tribute act taking to the stage for a show-stopping performance last month - which comes after gracing the stage in Las Vegas and performing all around the world.

The singer, who croons just like legendary entertainer Ol' Blue Eyes, performed a string of songs from the iconic Frank Sinatra album, Songs for Swingin’ Lovers! on Sunday June 11, 2023 at Chelsea's iconic Cadogan Hall.

The Mirror US went along to the renowned music hall to witness Stephen doing what he does best, and oh boy was it a show!

Just a couple of weeks after we sat down with Stephen and he claimed that Nancy Sinatra "tolerates" him because she's a "daddy's girl", Stephen took to the stage in London and the crowds went wild. With the Manhattan Swing Orchestra behind him, and conductor Toby Cruse, Stephen shone as he crooned Frank's greatest hits.

Sitting down in the centre of the hall as his voice filled every corner, the experience of witnessing this tribute act in all his glory was truly something else. Accompanied by mum who adores Frank Sinatra's music, as soon as Stephen walked out on-stage – dressed to the nines in a smart suit – and opened his mouth, she whispered in my ear "I thought that was really Frank for a second".

Some of the hits that Stephen sang were legendary hits by Frank like You Make Me Feel So Young, Too Marvelous for Words, Old Devil Moon and I’ve Got You Under My Skin. He also performed New York and That's Life, among many other beloved tunes. Fans of the singer were dancing on the balcony, while the rest of the room tapped their feet on the floor to the beat.

Not only did Stephen sing for the two-hour-long show, but he provided interesting commentary throughout that captured the attention of the entire music hall. From the changed lyrics in That's Life, to interesting facts about Sinatra himself, Stephen kept everybody entertained throughout with both his impeccable humour and sensational singing voice.

After all, when you've been enlisted to perform at events and special occasions by the likes of Bob Geldof and Simon Cowell, and Frank Sinatra's son regarded you as "the best" - there was no doubt that the show would be second to none.
