Sam Smith donned a thong, devil horns and latex heels to perform their new Barbie single, Man I Am, on tour.

The 31-year-old is currently on the US leg of their Gloria world tour and dressed up in extravagant outfits for the latest gig in South Beach, Miami, on Tuesday.

Sam took to the stage with a black top hat adorned with red devil horns, and danced around in fishnets, thigh-high boots and an incredible black cape as they swung around a red pitchfork.

Musician Sam delighted fans by showcasing another racy wardrobe change, this time dressing up in a sparkly black thong and an intricately embellished black corset.

The Stay With Me hitmaker will be performing in New York, Washington DC, Toronto, Phoenix, and Los Angeles as part of the 27-date American tour.

Their long-awaited return to the stage comes after Sam was forced to cancel the rest of their UK tour following problems with their vocal cords, and risked losing their voice completely.

They cancelled their show in Manchester at the last minute, and later issued a statement confirming “something was really wrong” with their voice, and doctors had demanded they rest otherwise they’d be at risk of “permanent damage” to their vocal cords.

“Doctors have advised due to a vocal cord injury, Sam must have complete vocal rest,” a spokesperson said in a statement.

“Sam is heartbroken to have had to cancel these shows but they have been told by doctors that if they keep singing, they will do permanent damage to their voice. If they take some rest they will be able to perform again,” they added.
