Vanderpump Rules Star Ariana Madix put the couples of Love Island USA in the hot seat with a challenging new game in her highly anticipated guest appearance on the newest episode of the popular ITVX show.

In the eighth episode of the fifth season, Madix makes an announcement to the villa that she will be hosting a brand new game with stakes never before seen on Love Island. The winner of the challenge will not have to face the public vote and cannot be kicked off the villa in the first round. The premise of the game is to test couples on how well they can remember facts about each other from details about family members to scandalous sexual quiz questions.

But the game took a surprising twist when getting down to two couples: Marco Donatelli and Hannah Wright versus Destiny Zammarra and Harrison Hans Luna. Madix announced that the winners of the challenge will also have the ability to vote for one other couple in the villa to be exempt from the first round vote, securing their spot on the show in the next round.

Members of the cast were also thrilled to see the famous TV star, jumping and squealing in excitement as the celebrity was revealed.

During her guest appearance, Madix cracked down on the Love Island couples - only allowing points if their answers matched up perfectly in the trivia game. During one iconic moment, the former reality TV star calls out Marco Donatelli for lying in one of his answers.

In the game, participants were asked what their body counts were. Marco lied and said that he had only slept with 13 people, to which Madix replied: "Marco, I've been watching the season so far and I seem to remember in episode one that is not the answer you originally said."

It was then revealed that Marco had actually previously slept with 71 people - a number that shocked Hannah Wright - the woman he is paired with - who originally guessed 17 people. The final winners of the challenge were Hannah Whitney and Marco Donatelli who nominated Leo and Anna to be saved from the vote.
