Celebrities including a Strictly star, a football legend and a Dancing On Ice favourite will take viewers on a tour of their homes as part of a new reality show.

A new ITVBe series, fronted by Abbey Clancy, will see stars including Caprice, Jermain Defoe and Jo Wood will all open the doors of their homes for the new programme.

Similar to noughties hit show MTV Cribs, the TV show will see WAG and model Abbey take viewers to meet celebrities as part of her new programme 'Abbey Clancy's Celebrity Homes'.

With three big names already signed up for viewers to take a peek inside their homes, the producers are reportedly 'pulling out all the stops' to get a star studded cast on board.

A TV insider speaking to The Sun said: "Jo, Caprice and Jermain are perfect for the show as their homes have the wow factor. Jo lives in a listed farmhouse in the Northamptonshire countryside, Caprice owns a Notting Hill townhouse and a 100-acre place in Ibiza, while Jermain recently moved into a £3million five-bedroom home in Hertfordshire."

A source close to new host Abbey Clancy explained the star is "excited" to take on this new presenting gig. Abbey has previously hosted shows like Britain's Next Top Model. She fronted three cycles from 2013 to 2017, after having been runner-up on the show in 2006.

A source said: "Abbey is hugely excited by the opportunity. She has a passion for interiors and is looking forward to seeing how other celebs deck out their homes."

Outside of her TV presenting work, Abbey has been co-hosting the Therapy Crouch podcast with her husband Peter Crouch, 42. The recent project has been described as a "smash hit podcast". The podcast was what brought Abbey to ITV bosses' attention for the host position on this new interiors show.

Another source told the Sun : "Abbey has been making waves on her podcast with Peter and now she's forging a path solo on the box." The source also acknowledged that it isn't her first hosting role, but said: "This will be Abbey's first solo presenting job for a major broadcaster and she could not be more excited."

ITV bosses are hoping the programme will be a huge hit, similar to some of their other reality shows including TOWIE and The Real Housewives of Cheshire. The series is set to film this summer and will run for six episodes and showcase six celebrity homes in total.
