Britney Spears thrilled to be a 'new auntie as she meets NSYNC pal's twins
Britney Spears has shared her excitement over getting to meet Lance Bass' twins recently, with her having shared photos from the reunion with her longtime pal this week.
The pair - who both rose to fame in the music industry at a similar time during the late 1990s - have known each other for years and he once even said she's like a "little sister".
They reunited recently at an undisclosed location and Britney, 41, took to Twitter last night to document the meeting, including sharing two photos with her followers.
The photos showed Britney and her husband Sam Asghari, 29, alongside pal Lance, 44 - who's best known for having been a member of *NSYNC alongside Britney's ex Justin Timberlake - and his two children.
Britney was seen holding his one-year-old twins Violet and Alexander respectively in each of the photos, with the Grammy Award winner seen smiling within the group.

She further commented in the post this week: "They are absolutely gorgeous babies!"
Lance and his husband Michael Turchin, 36, welcomed their twins via surrogate back in October 2021. He spoke about Britney wanting to meet them on his Frosted Tips podcast.
During an episode that was released just last month, Lance said that Britney had once reached out to him in an attempt to reunite, though suggested it didn't end up happening.
He claimed on the podcast that she had reached out to meet his twins at some point but Lance then suggested that her team ended up stopping plans for them to meet.

The podcast host - who launched the project earlier this year, having ventured away from releasing music - then added: "Like I have to talk through people, it's very strange."
Britney and Lance are understood to known each other for years, having rose to fame around the same time and both remaining in the industry in the decades since then.
Whilst appearing on an episode of Ancestry's 2 Lies & a Leaf last year, he described her as like a "little sister" and he was told that him and Britney are distant cousins.
