Kylian Mbappe will earn £19 per second which leads to daily earnings of £1.64million if he moves to Saudi Arabia.

The summer spending from the Middle East shows no sign of slowing down and Al-Hilal have now lodged a world-record bid for the Frenchman, who PSG are desperate to offload. Mbappe has no interest in signing a new deal and, as a result, the Parisians want to move him on this summer.

A move to Saudi would appear unlikely, but the sums on offer could yet turn the 24-year-old's head. PSG will bank £259m from his possible sale whilst Mbappe's yearly earnings, which are already massive in Paris, would soar further to £600m per annum.

Indeed, the Frenchman's contract offer from the Saudi club is staggering. Should he accept the offer, he'd collect £1,100 every minute, £68,500 every hour and, ultimately, take home £50m on a monthly basis.

PSG have given the Saudi club permission to speak to Mbappe, but it remains to be seen whether the player, who already earns weekly wages of £2m at the Parc des Princes, would be interested in a move to the Kingdom despite the influx of talent.

The Paris outfit believe that the World Cup Golden Boot winner already has an agreement in place to join Real Madrid next summer on a free. Los Blancos have previously bid for Mbappe and the player himself has spoken about the prospect of playing for them later in his career.

The millions on offer in the Saudi Pro League have already attracted Cristiano Ronaldo, who moved in January. Since then Ballon d'Or winner Karim Benzema has joined whilst a host of Premier League players have chosen to cash in - N'Golo Kante and Ruben Neves among them.

Despite the financial advantage they hold over almost every team on the planet Premier League chief Richard Masters, who is facing questions regarding the sale of Newcastle's Allan Saint-Maximim to a Saudi Pro League club, who are also owned by the country's Public Investment Fund, isn't concerned by the Saudi spending spree.

He told BBC Sport : "Something new is obviously happening. The Saudi Pro League have stated they want to be a top 10 league by 2030. They are investing in players and managers to try to raise the profile of the league and clubs. It has taken us 30 years to get to the position that we have in terms of profile, competitiveness and the revenue streams that we have.

"I wouldn't be too concerned at the moment but, obviously, Saudi Arabian clubs have as much right to purchase players as any other league does. In the end, the Premier League is a £6bn-a-year operation in terms of revenue and that money is spent reinvested into the pitch. All good competitions have to have revenue streams to back them up."
