Model Christie Brinkley shows off ageless beauty after 'wrinkle brigade' trolls
Former supermodel Christie Brinkley has shown off her ageless beauty while co-hosting a party in the Hamptons this weekend.
The starlet, who shot to fame in the 1970s when she appeared in the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, was recently trolled on social media after sharing an unfiltered snap. But the 69-year-old icon, who was the face of CoverGirl makeup for 25 years, clearly isn't letting cruel comments faze her.
Teaming up with Social Life Magazine this weekend to throw a polo match and cocktail party in Bridgehampton, Christie got glammed up and showed off her ageless beauty in the process. Looking sensational in a glitzy gown, the blonde beauty smouldered for the camera and showed off her pearly whites.

The bardot-style frock boasted of a sweetheart neckline with a ruching effect on the bust area.
The dress was in a cream hue with tiny pink flowers and green leaves scattered over it. She paired the dainty dress with some beige-hued open-toe heels, some gold bracelets and nude nails.

Her blonde tresses were worn down and framing her face, with her hair styled in tousled waves that appeared to billow in the breeze. Christie kept her makeup simple and chic, with the star rocking a nude lip and minimal eye makeup to make her features pop.

Smizing with her eyes, the Michigan-born beauty even cheekily plugged her wine brand Bellissima.
Holding up a bottle of Belissima while posing for the snap, the American model cheekily side-eyed the camera as she pursed her lips and displayed the chic-looking bottle.
This comes after Christie slammed the "Wrinkle Brigade" on Instagram after they trolled a selfie that she uploaded - which showed off her natural skin tone and texture without any enhancement of a filter.
On June 28, Christie snapped a selfie while in the back of a car. In the snap the blonde bombshell wore a blue jacket, her hair down, and a glossy pink pout. She originally captioned it "Downtown Girl", but was quick to update it after cruel commenters critiqued her appearance.

The Wrinkle Brigade is out in full force in the comment thread! They are the people that scan celebrities pages, hoping to find some cellulite, wrinkles, or anything that they can point to to to critique."
Christie added: "It must be some form of compensation for some thing they are lacking. But when those people appear, there are others who pop up with messages so kind and valuable. Those are the comments that restore my faith and make my heart sing!
"Thank you sweet souls. PS I don’t have hair on my chest obviously (I thought!) iPhone has a tendency to create weird things in the shadow. But so what if I did? Have a great day My Friends!"
Fans were quick to praise the star for her response, with one writing: "One of the reasons Christie has been and always will be the world's most iconic beauties is because she leads with kindness. It's her biggest beauty *secret*. And it's free." While another said: "Excuse me meanies! Ageism has to go! We would all be so lucky to look this beautiful, healthy, radiant at 69!"
Elsewhere, someone else wrote that is a commenter "can't say something nice, they shouldn't say anything at all".
