Chanelle Hayes praised as she shows off 'stretch marks and scars' in snaps
Former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes has been praised by fans after she showed off her 'real' bikini body on Instagram, following her nine stone weight loss.
The mother of two looked incredible in a white bikini at the beach as she highlighted that a 'real body' comes with stretch marks, loose skin and 'normal human features'.
The star underwent a gastric band operation in 2020, which saw her slim down from a size 18 to a size 10.
In a post to her Instagram fans, Chanelle explained she's bored of hiding her natural body on Instagram as she wrote: "Taking so many shots to look amazing for social media. BORING.
"Swipe to see what you DONT see. Scars, stretch marks, loose skin, fatty tissue, normal human features!

Fans rushed in to praise the star in the comments section, as one wrote: "This is what our youngsters need to see , too many fakes , the pressure nowadays to look a certain way is draining on our society. Please keep posting , I love this." Another added: "Beautiful person inside & out."
"You look amazing and confident.we need people like you on here.," said a third.
The star has been honest before with fans about her previous struggles with her body image and her weight, as she revealed last month that, although she's shed the pounds, it's been hard to change her mindset.
In a candid Instagram post to her followers, Chanelle confessed she was "feeling disgusted" with herself and she was snacking whilst writing the post despite feeling "full".
In an honest post, she wrote: "Had a bad day today with my eating. I know many of you follow me because of my weight loss journey and disordered eating so I don’t want to hide that I’ve had a mare of a day when it comes to moderation.
"I’ve binged all day long on everything you can think of. Right now I’m feeling disgusted at myself, guilty, out of control, poorly, uncomfortable and angry.
"But I need to remember this is normal. I can’t just 'cure' binge eating disorder with weight loss surgery."
She added: "This evening when the kids are in bed I am going to do some of the CBT exercises I’ve been taught to try to regain control of my actions towards food and understand that eating badly for one day or eating certain types of food isn’t 'wrong'.
"Even as I type this (being completely stuffed full) I am eating the crusts Frankie left from his pizza. I am not hungry. This isn’t me being greedy… I cannot stop. Why am I doing this? The answer is: I don’t know.
Kylie Jenner shows off her curves in tiny bikini amid BBL surgery rumours"I need to remember tomorrow is a new day and I do NOTTTT need to restrict food, because that will lead to another binge. I need to look at the day with fresh eyes and from a guilt-free perspective and not beat myself up about the stuff I’ve eaten today.
"Binge eating disorder accounts for up-to 22% of eating disorders (Hay et al., 2017). I’ve never heard of a doctor diagnosing it so I would go out on a limb and suggest it’s probable that many cases are unreported so this 22% could be much higher.
"Wanted to post this to raise awareness about this specific disordered way of eating and expressing that you don’t always have to be super skinny to be struggling with eating issues. My body has changed, but my mind remains a work in progress."
