Mrs Hinch's son has been given the all-clear following a terrifying health scare.

The Instagram influencer, 33, and her husband rushed son Ronnie, four, to the hospital last month, with the youngest later diagnosed with Kawasaki disease.

Kawasaki disease causes the blood vessels to become inflamed and swollen, which can lead to complications in the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart (coronary arteries). Without treatment, around one in four children with Kawasaki disease get heart complications. This can be fatal in about 2 to 3% of cases, according to the NHS.

Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, and her husband Jamie Hinchfliffe were left terrified as Ronnie's temperature soared to over 40C before being admitted.

Thankfully, the cleaning sensation has now revealed doctors caught the disease just in time, meaning Ronnie won't experience heart complications.

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Mrs Hinch revealed she and her brood were off on holiday following Ronnie's health scare. The mum-of-two shared an adorable picture of her youngest son and his little brother Lennie, two, sat on a couch holding signs that read: "Time to catch out flight" and "Goodbye everyone".

Captioning the sweet snap, Mrs Hinch told her 4.7million followers: "And we’re off. We have had the most amazing results from Ronnies most recent heart scan guys … they are all clear. The Kawasaki disease was caught and treated quick enough meaning Ron’s heart has NOT been effected by the disease."

She continued: "He will continue to be monitored for a while but the relief is a feeling I can’t even describe right now. We actually held off telling the boys or packing cases because we were ready to cancel in all honesty. But doctors orders. go and have fun in the sun he said. Enjoy and make the BEST family memories .

"So we told the boys this morning and they’re so excited to head to the airport I can’t believe it and feeling so thankful. see you soon everyone , I’ll catch up with you all once we are there! Have a wonderful week. Xxx (Ps The House, Fur, Floofs and feathers will be left in very safe hands don’t worry)."

After an uncharacteristically quiet few days on social media, Mrs Hinch took to her Instagram Stories at the start of last month to let her followers know why she has been absent from the platform. She told her loyal fans: "Everything seems like fog right now. Ron's temperature spiked to over 40C and his neck was swelling with limited head movement. I couldn't keep meds or fluids in him. We were taken to A&E and sent home with antibiotics and it just didn't feel right."

She continued to explain that, after calling 111, Ronnie was taken back into hospital and admitted. She went on to add: "Absolutely nothing prepares you for something like this. Being on a children's ward, seeing so many innocent little arms bandaged with cannulas. I just can't comprehend the whole thing."

Mrs Hinch later confirmed Ronnie had been diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, a rare condition that mainly affects children under the age of five.
