Lottie Moss' appearance on Celebs Go Dating could be an olive branch to her estranged sister, Kate Moss.

In recent years, it's no secret that the sisters haven't had the closest relationship, with Lottie previously claiming her supermodel sister "never really supported" her.

The 25-year-old was signed up to a modelling agency at a young age but last year revealed she endured a "toxic" experience and decided to turn her back on the catwalk for OnlyFans.

Since making the major move, supermodel Kate, 49, has not addressed her sister's decision but Anna Williamson hopes the Channel 4 show could perhaps be an olive branch for the pair.

Speaking exclusively to the Mirror ahead of the launch of series 12, love guru Anna said: "I would love it to be able to be, perhaps an olive branch between the two sisters, who I believe, it's no secret that they're not that close. I would love it if Kate would use this opportunity to reach out to her little sister and give her a much-needed hug but I think she needs.

"Family is family right and I don't know Kate but I've just started to get to know Lottie and you know, there's a young lady there that's had an awful lot go on in her life and everyone needs love.

"I hope the show will help Lottie become the wonderful and strong woman that I know is in there but equally, I hope it will go some way to healing any sibling rifts."

While many people will believe they know Lottie already, Anna explained that people, including Kate, will get to know a different side of her.

She said: "I would be so intrigued if Kate Moss was going to watch this series. I hope she does, I think she'll find out a lot of interesting and perhaps upsetting things about her sister."

Lottie previously opened up, explaining that while she understands the privileges she had growing up as the daughter of Peter Moss and Inger Solnordal, she claims she was "pretty much on my own".

In view of her Instagram followers last year, she commented: "This year has been a crazy one for me, I started out being in the worst place of my life and ended up in the best place I've ever been mentally.

"I know it's hard for people to understand but being In a toxic industry at a very young age really took its toll on me. I understand I have come from a very privileged position being the sister of someone very famous but believe it or not that person never really supported me.

"My parents were amazing but could not relate to what I was going through and did not know the full extent of what I was going through most of the time, I was pretty much on my own so I had to navigate this by myself and do the best I could which I feel I have"

In an interview with Glamour, she previously said: "When I started out, I was always just Kate Moss's sister. That was really hard for me growing up, especially not being that close with my sister (we still don’t really have a relationship now, which is something I never really speak about). But back then, I was bombarded with people constantly asking me about my sister."
