Formula One returns to Europe with Max Verstappen priced as the favourite to continue his winning position in the F1 Drivers Championship with another pole finish as he looks to make five race wins in a row at this weekend's Austrian Grand Prix. The Dutch driver has been in great form in the Red Bull car and picked up his sixth win of the season at Montreal two weeks ago.

Verstappen, 25, is leading the drivers championship by 69 points on 195 with teammate Sergio Perez behind him at 126 so it is unsurprising Sky Bet have the two-time world champion as the convincing favourite at 2/7 to pick up his 42nd career win in Formula 1.

Elsewhere, former world champion Fernando Alonso is priced at 15/2 while Perez is 9/1 to pick up his third GP win of the season. Alonso, 41, will be looking to make sure Verstappen has a hard shift ahead of him at the Red Bull Ring after finishing second in Montreal a fortnight ago.

Outright odds to win the Austrian Grand Prix:

  • Max Verstappen - 2/7
  • Sergio Perez - 9/1
  • Fernando Alonso - 15/2
  • Lewis Hamilton - 10/1
  • Charles Leclerc - 20/1
  • George Russell - 28/1
  • Carlos Sainz - 33/1
