Glastonbury revellers don’t head to their tents when the headline acts finish their sets, there’s a whole word at Worthy Farm viewers don’t get to see on TV that begins when the Pyramid stage wraps up.

The party doesn’t stop at Glastonbury and festival-goers will enjoy everything Worthy Farm has to offer into the small hours of the morning before catching a few hours of sleep ready for the next day of music ahead.

When Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John finish up their sets and say goodbye to the crowd, BBC viewers at home would be forgiven for thinking that’s when festival-goers catch up on their rest.

But, the reality is very different as revellers head off to enjoy the after-dark scene where secret sets can be expected to pop up.

On Friday night, a secret set at The Levels was announced moments before Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Cook took to the stage while on Saturday, Fred Again surprised revellers at The Temple in Shangri-La.

Both sets were packed, with security guards forced to operate a one-in-one-out policy despite the performances not being released on the official line-up.

Elsewhere, Arcadia’s infamous fire-breathing spider attracts a huge crowd with revellers enjoying the music and light show before heading up to The Park where The Rabbit Hole and Stonebridge Bar host DJ sets into the early hours.

For those looking for a more intimate vibe, the Bimble Inn hosts DJs and bands in the cosy tent with a dancefloor to match.

The southeast corner is the go-to area for those looking to carry on the party and is home to the infamous Shangri-La, Block9 and The Common.

Walking through Block9, the IIcon stage projects out trippy visuals from a screen surrounded by a face with a visor.

VIPs have the added luxury of a number of secret clubs dotted around Worthy Farm including The Loving Arms.

The bar open to crew and VIPs only can be found in Silver Hayes and provides a chilled-out vibe where revellers can unwind as well as a dance floor and bar for those wanting to party the night away.

Interstage, a backstage area that connects all the main stages for VIPs, is home to several bars where celebrities including Holly Willoughby, Cruz Beckham and Joe Wicks have been spotted.

Festival-goers that make it through the night without heading back to their tent can enjoy watching the sunrise over Worthy Farm.

Revellers flock to the Stone Circle to unwind but it's also a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise on another day at Glastonbury.
