Amazon Prime Day is nearly upon us which means there will be plenty of amazing deals to look forward to in July. Amazon announced this week that Prime Day would run from July 11 to July 12 for two days worth of massive deals.

You can even shop some early deals right now including items such as Ninja air fryers and Echo Dots. First launched in 2015, the highly anticipated sales event has become one of the biggest of the year just behind Black Friday where shoppers can score a range of deals across various product departments.

And Amazon is offering customers the chance to get a free £15 to spend on Prime Day thanks to a simple trick. All you need to do is back-up your photos to Amazon's free photo app.

The offer isn't open to everyone and you need to be a Prime member to get the offer. Here's are the steps you need to follow to get the free £15:

How to get a free £15 for Amazon Prime

  1. First download the Amazon Photos app on iPhone or Android through the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and turn on 'Auto-Save' to automatically back up your photos and free up space on your phone
  3. Within 4 days, Amazon will email you the £15 credit to spend online.

Amazon has said that the deal will last until July 7 and it applies to eligible Amazon Prime customers.
