Pierce Brosnan's home burgled after man defecates in neighbour's garden
Pierce Brosnan's home was reportedly burgled earlier this week by an individual who allegedly urinated and pooed in a neighbour's garden shortly beforehand.
The actor, 70 - who is best known for having played James Bond in four films within the 007 franchise - has a property in Malibu, California, which he shares his wife Keely Smith, 59.
It has been reported that the home in Los Angeles county was burgled on Monday, with a man being escorted off the property by Brosnan's staff after "stealing water".
The individual had allegedly been using the outdoor shower at the property after accessing it via the beach, in an alleged attempt to "wash up" after having urinated and defecated in a neighbour's yard.

The outlet said law enforcement told them L.A. County Sheriff's deputies visited Pierce's estate on Monday afternoon after reports of there was a man on both Brosnan and his neighbour's properties.
The man is said to have been using the neighbour's backyard as a bathroom before "rummaging around the garbage".
The couple have been married for more than twenty years (Getty Images)It's been reported that the man allegedly used Pierce's water to clean himself and it's claimed that he took off when police officers subsequently arrived at the property in Malibu.
TMZ however reports that the man was apprehended shortly afterwards, with the outlet reporting that he was taken into custody and booked for burglary for stealing Pierce's water.
The outlet states that Keely - who has been married to Pierce for two decades - was home at the time of the alleged incident but it said that it's unclear if her husband was present at all.
The Mirror has contacted the LA County Sheriff's Department for comment.
Pierce and Keely are understood to have first met in around 1994 and later pursued a relationship. The couple subsequently got married during a ceremony that was held in 2001.
The actor - who celebrated his birthday just last month - and his wife have two children together, with the married couple parents to Dylan Brosnan, 26, and Paris Brosnan, 22.
