Love Island fans 'cringe' and 'can't watch' as Mehdi and Whitney finally kiss
Love Island couple Whitney and Mehdi finally took their relationship to the next level by sharing a kiss but ITV viewers struggled to watch the "cringe" moment.
In Monday's instalment of drama, the Islanders took part in a 'situationships' challenge where they the couples were tasked with correctly matching their answers with their partner to progress to the finish line.
During the challenge Islanders are asked questions including, "Which couple are playing the biggest game?" As well as, "Which couple has the least sexual chemistry?"
All of the Islanders picked Mehdi and Whitney for the latter question including Whitney herself but, they proved everyone wrong when they returned to the villa.
After getting dressed up for the evening, Whitney opened up to Catherine and admitted she has feelings for Mehdi before revealing he has told her he feels the same.

Whitney told Mehdi she had a "crush" on him (ITV)Mehdi approached the pair and invited Whitney to meet him on the terrace.
While on the terrace Whitney said: “So, why have you invited me here today? Is there something you want to tell me?”
Mehdi told his partner he was enjoying getting to know before admitted there were "things he wanted to do" that they hadn't done yet.
Whitney told Mehdi she had a "crush" on him before he returned the favour.
"I have a crush too and there's something we haven't done till now...," he remarked.

"It's boring [shaking hands], isn't it? I want to do more," Mehdi said before leaning in for a kiss.
Love Island fans struggled to watch the "painful" scene as one viewer tweeted: "The build up to the [kiss] was too cringe I’m so sorry #loveisland."
"I can’t watch this Mehdi and Whitney scene omg #LoveIsland," another tweeted and a third added: "WHY DO THEY TURN THE MIC UP EVERY SINGLE TIME A COUPLE KISSES I DON’T WANT TO HEAR ITTTTTT #loveisland."
Someone else wrote: "This is so painful to watch #loveIsland," while another added: "Seeing Whitney and Mehdi lips is so CRAZY to me #loveIsland."
