Lorraine Kelly uses hilarious snap of Dr Hilary for his 'silly' birthday cake
Lorraine left Dr Hilary Jones lost for words after serving him up an incredible birthday cake with the medical professional posing as a rapper.
Dr Hilary turns 70 today and ITV are determined to make sure the day is marked in style.
He appeared on Good Morning Britain earlier, meeting some of the people whose lives he has helped save.
The GP was then invited onto Lorraine to talk through his career - and she had a big surprise for him.
With four singers belting out 'happy birthday' a member of the show's team delivered his cake leaving Hilary lost for words.

Lorraine made sure Dr Hilary wouldn't be going hungry on his birthday (ITV)"It's a very, very silly cake," Lorraine said as it was brought over.
"I love it!" he said as he assessed the gift with an hilarious photo of him in sunglasses and a hat, looking ready to spit some lyrics.
"What do you get the man who has got everything?" the host then asked.
"Do you fancy going on a zip-wire?"
Thinking, he responded: "Seriously? I would love to do it."
The veteran doctor has been advising viewers for years, but few of them knew how old he was.
Sitting in the Good Morning Britain studio this morning looking dapper in a charcoal suit - Hilary joked: "make-up is amazing these days isn't it".
The incredible cake left him lost for words (ITV)A stunned Susanna Reid, 52, wanted to know what his "secret" was as Richard Arnold, 53, asked his colleague how he was feeling about celebrating the milestone.
"I feel great" said Hilary as Stevie Wonder's Happy Birthday played in the background, before adding he was 'looking forward to his next marathon'.
Host Richard Madeley, 67, seemed somewhat shocked by the doctor's age as he said: "You do not look 70 mate" - and viewers agreed.

Flocking to twitter, many of them praised the GP for looking so young.
One said: "Dr Hilary is 70!!! Still gorgeous Xx #GMB."
Another wrote: "Can't believe Dr Hilary is 70!"
While a third gushed: "Happy Birthday to beloved Doctor Hilary, 70 years today. He has helped so many over the years. God Love Him Xxxxx."
