Who does it help?

UNICEF. Since 2006 – when Robbie Williams co-founded the concept – Soccer Aid has raised over £75 million to help give children all over the world a chance.

This year WeShop is partnering the event. The community platform, that allows people to shop for everyday goods and items whilst simultaneously owning a stake in the company, has joined Soccer Aid with UNICEF – the world’s biggest charity-celebrity football match.

WeShop’s disruptive business model is purposely designed to share the wealth built up in the company with the shoppers who have created it.

Kenneth Shepherd, Executive Director, Soccer Aid Productions, said: “WeShop are an innovate market leader and we are delighted to welcome them to Soccer Aid for UNICEF. Everyone connected to the campaign is excited to see the WeShop brand across our digital output, training ground and in-stadium branding – including on the World XI kit.

"WeShop’s generosity helps us to raise vital funds for UNICEF and to increase global awareness of our event.”
