Donald Trump's former lawyer Rudy Giuliani is being sued for $10million over sex assault and wage theft allegations.

The ex-New York City mayor hired Noelle Dunphy as his director of business development on a $1 million salary in January 2019 but she claims he made sexual demands “an absolute requirement” of her job.

Ms Dunphy alleges Mr Giuliani forced her to work at his house and in hotel rooms where he would allegedly expose his genitals and asked her to “take care of this.”

According to Forbes, Ms Dunphy alleges that Mr Giuliani only paid a tiny fraction of the salary and kept her employment a secret during his “acrimonious divorce” from his ex-wife, Judith Giuliani.

Ms Dunphy claimed he said his “‘crazy’ ex-wife” would “retaliate and attack” any female employee he hired.

In addition, the employee said she agreed to receive deferred payments amid concerns over Mr Giuliani’s threat that his wife would attack her.

She labelled the “seemingly generous offers” for a huge salary and his offer of pro-bono legal consultation a “sham motivated by his secret desire to pursue a sexual relationship.”

The complaint alleges: “Ms. Dunphy worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment.

“Even when the Covid-19 pandemic halted Giuliani’s ability to physically assault her, he demanded that she disrobe during their work-related videoconferences.”

Ms Dunphy also claims Mr Giuliani hired her during a “highly vulnerable” time in her life when she was in the middle of a domestic violence case against her ex-boyfriend.

She said she was “desperate for an opportunity to move on in a positive manner."

Mr Giuliani allegedly offered her $300,000 “to end her domestic violence litigation because he felt it was interfering with his sex life” and agree to have sex with him “like crazy.”

After working for her boss for two years, Ms Dunphy claims she only received $12,000 and was not reimbursed for her business expenses.

Giuliani's attorneys have denied the claims and stated that Dunphy never worked for him, and accused her of extortion.

A representative for Giuliani said he 'vehemently and completely denies' Dunphy's account 'and plans to thoroughly defend against these allegations. This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.'

The former mayor faces more legal challenges after last year a New York Supreme Court judge ordered him to testify in a Georgia grand jury investigation into former President Donald Trump’s attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Mr Giuliani is also under investigation for supporting fake voter fraud claims to state politicians in 2020.
