'Demon' who spent £12k on extreme body mods gets 'spiders' implanted under skin
A body modification fanatic who hopes to emulate a “demon” has revealed his latest transformation: "spider" implants.
Renato De Santa previously made headlines last year after revealing his latest body modification which saw both of his ears cut into the shape of bats.
The tattoo artist, hopes to emulate a “demon” look, and has also had his eyeballs tattooed black, his tongue split and part of his flesh carved out to read “666.”
Now, the 42-year-old has taken his transformation to the next level and has undergone an invasive procedure to have silicone spiders implanted under his skin.
However, Renato says the gruesome surgery wasn’t painful in the slightest.

He said the latest procedure wasn't painful (Jam Press/@desanta_official)“I don’t take any medication, so I have to endure the pain – but the procedure was easy,” the budding rapper, from Brazil, told http://NeedToKnow.co.uk.
“We made a centralised incision and spatulated it both ways, as the silicone bars are flexible.
“But with time, the first bar, which was next to the ear, started to move and caused a lot of discomfort, even when doing exercises.
“I had to remove [this], as it was bothering me a little.”

To date, he believes he’s spent an estimated £12,000 on his tattoos and modifications to accomplish his daring look.
Previously, Renato revealed that while many people don’t agree with his unique features, it’s actually helped him within his love life.

“Nowadays, there is still prejudice and sometimes I get offensive messages on the internet.
“But that doesn’t worry me.
