Woman jokes she 'knows why she's single' after seeing Evri delivery driver photo
A woman was left in stitches after being papped in her pooch-themed slippers and pyjamas by courier delivery staff.
Cleaner Vicky Collins says she burst out laughing after opening an email from Evri, only to realise the confirmation of a parcel she'd had delivered was a full-body shot.
The 36-year-old was enjoying a chilled out day off in her bedtime get-up when the delivery arrived - a new jumper and some wax melts to treat herself.
A picture taken by the deliver driver to document the parcel's arrival however shows Vicky in dog-themed slippers, pyjamas and a huge, baggy pink dog-print hoodie with her hair scraped back.
Joking about the hilarious images on Facebook, Vicky, 36, said: "So I got a parcel delivered today....had a lovely flattering photo taken of me....I can see why I'm single now."
Furious Evri drivers refuse to deliver parcels with dramatic stand-off at depotVicky, of Gosport, Hampshire, was excited for her parcel when the doorbell rang at 10am on April 17 when she was still in her pyjamas.
She explained: "I thought the delivery man's phone was quite high up when taking the photo so wanted to have a look at the delivery email.
"It was my first day off in forever so I wasn't rushing around getting dressed.
"I did see the funny side."
Afterwards she received an email telling her her parcel had been delivered and thought she'd check whether there was a picture included.
But those who saw her embarrassing pic online said it had happened to them too - and one even told her she was "lovely."
ne said: "I'd be horrified! I always hide behind the door and stick a hand out lol."
Another added: "I have a worse one and I'm too embarrassed to post it!"
And one admirer simply said: "You're lovely!" while another said sweetly: "Well I think you look lovely - wish you were my neighbour."
Evri has not responded to request for comment.
