So You Think You Can Dance star's estate decided after he died without a will
The estate of American TV and dance star Stephen "tWitch" Boss has been settled after he died without leaving a will.
The freestyle hip hop dancer, choreographer and actor took his own life at the age of 40-years-old last December - to the shock and sadness of family and fans.
He left behind his wife, 35-year-old dancer, choreographer, and actress Allison Holker and their three children; 14-year-old daughter Weslie, seven-year-old son Maddox, and youngest child Zaia, three.
A court in the USA has now determined how his money will be distributed following his tragic death last year.

They also report that the decision was made on 26 April - four months after Boss took his own life in Encino, Los Angeles.
The report goes on to state that during the case, Allison had “filed a California Spousal Property Petition, to prove to the court that she is the Stephen's wife.”

It also states he "did not receive any assets by way of gift, devise or bequest during the marriage, and all existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties."
It is now reported that Allison was “granted earnings that include half of Stephen's interest from 100% of his shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc., half of the interest from his Goldman Sachs Investment account, half of his interest in royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services and half of his interest in royalties from Disney Worldwide Services, Inc.”
It's unclear where the other half of Boss’s fortune will go.
Fans of the dance star were devastated in December when news of his death was revealed.
Allison confirmed his death on 14 December, writing in a statement: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us.
Stephen regularly appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (Warner Bros. Television)"Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him."
Allison has continued to update fans on the life she shares with the children she welcomed with her late husband.

Writing an open letter to her kids in March, the actress wrote: "I will be here for you every step of the way through the highs and lows, the ups and the downs.
"I will protect and I will guide, I will be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, I will have mom jokes ready for when you need a good laugh."
