I don
I don't get as much discomfort after meals now

Bloating is something I've struggled with for years, in fact, there's not a time above the age of twelve that I can remember it not having an impact on me day-to-day.

I'm sure this is something a lot of people can relate to, especially women, whether it's some sort of 'food baby' after a meal or severe painful bloating, the symptoms can be so different from person to person.

This is why finding a 'remedy' to help the symptoms can often take time, not everything works the same for each individual. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in my first year of university and whilst the majority of my symptoms are a result of this I still struggle with bowel-related issues on occasion which can be down to my time of the month, stress levels and fatigue.

As a result, I've become very cautious of what I put in my body, and at risk of damaging my gut further, I now take a sceptical route towards any new food, drink, and even supplements. After looking into the natural remedies from Wild Dose I've found something that's eased my bloating symptoms.

Each body is different, which is why I will never say these are the next best thing for everyone to try, but after taking two doses a day for a whole week I've felt an improvement in the way I feel.

The Wild Dose tablets are filled with natural ingredients including plant extracts, probiotics and digestive enzymes, which can regularly be found on the homoeopathic shelves of Holland and Barrett too. The 'A Dose For Bloating' tablets includes the digestive enzyme from Papaya, 'Papain' as well as Cellulase and Bromelain.

The supplements also include ingredients that may already be well known to those who suffer from tummy issues; turmeric, peppermint leaf extract, dandelion root and burdock root, all herbal ingredients that are tied in with the of ease tummy pains and help the body naturally detox.

When I looked at the ingredients on the back of the packet I was reassured to see peppermint leaf extract there as it's something that has worked well for me in the past. And even when not taking peppermint oil tablets, a mug of peppermint tea at night always seems to help me (even if only slightly at times).

How I felt after seven days

'I was left feeling incredibly flat after trying this bloating supplement'I took two supplements a day for a week and noticed changes in the way I felt

Once posted through to my door I started taking two supplements just before my lunch each day. There wasn't a particular reason why I chose this time other than the fact it just worked for me.

I have medication to take when my stomach gets really aggravated so I wasn't looking to take the Wild Dose supplements to help the pain, but more of a preventative measure to help my body and kick symptoms 'in the bud' before they get any worse.

Noticing a change was slow at first, in fact, I didn't feel any different on the first day and straight after my lunch I did get my usual bloating (which could be down to a host of reasons). A couple of hours after taking them at lunch on day two I felt a lot more comfortable.

I noticed my tummy wasn't as bloated as it normally is after food, and whilst the bloating didn't completely go away, I didn't have any pain.

On day three, four and five I felt pretty similar to how I did on day two, no discomfort but I had minimal bloating on occassion. A huge positive for me though was how much energy I had, overall I felt a lot less tired than I normally do.

If you're looking at more natural ways to try and ease your tummy symptoms you can buy the pack for £10 from Wild Dose.
