I'm A Celebrity first look as Janice and Jordan take on vile eating trial

I'm A Celebrity: All Stars has kicked off its second episode with an infamous eating trial.

The show has returned this April for a special run, dedicated to finding the first ever I'm A Celebrity legend. The show was pre-recorded in South Africa, with Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly returning to host.

Some of the names back for the new series are Helen Flanagan, Shaun Ryder, Phil Tuffnell and Amir Khan as well as Fatima Whitbread, Carol Vorderman, Paul Burrell and the first of the late newcomers, Gillian McKeith.

Tonight, Jordan Banjo and Janice Dickinson will take on the first eating trial of the series.

In a first look for the new episode, Janice grimaces as she's presented with Fish P-Eye. She's told it will get her a star for camp's meal tonight, but she seems less than impressed with the idea.

Jordan tries to encourage her to go for it, saying "we thought we couldn't before but we did". As he tells her she thought she couldn't do the stomach, and she did, she could also manage to do this one too.

"A fish eye is going to squirt," she told Jordan as he turned around and told her: "Unfortunately, maybe."

She takes the fish eye into her mouth quickly and chews on it - but does she earn them a star for this round?

Janice previously insisted that this series was "much easier" than the last.

She said: "I thought the experience, compared to Australia, was much more pleasant. The camp mates were much more pleasant. The surroundings, there didn't seem to be that many rodents coming into the campsite like there was in Australia. I got bit by a rat in Australia. That was just like, it's still sending me to the moon with bad dreams.

It was much easier than Australia. I'll be honest. It was easier because the people were much nicer and the setup was easier. The local setup of the camp. I think it's much better in South Africa. It seemed to be cleaner to me."

Her co-star Fatima added: "I think the experience, it was easier in some respects as Janice said, because you knew what to expect. You've been in there before and it was the fun side of being with a whole new group of camp mates and getting to know them. But the actual challenges are, I think are much more interesting and much more satisfying for those of us that were in there. You're not hanging around waiting because there's something that you are going to be up to do it, virtually, nearly every day."
