King Charles' pal reveals sweet home tribute to Harry after 'homesick calls'
King Charles' true feelings towards Prince Harry and daughter-in-law Meghan Markle have been revealed after one of the monarch's close allies let slip an interesting feature of the royal's interiors.
There has been much speculation over the apparent fractured relationship between the trio in the run-up to Charles' Coronation next month - especially after the less-than-kind words from Prince Harry towards Queen Consort Camilla in his bombshell autobiography Spare and subsequent interviews.
It had been rumoured Harry's barbed words had left a sore wound at the heart of the monarchy, but it now appears estranged son Harry still holds a place close to his father's heart - and his home.
TV host and author Gyles Brandreth let slip the sweet gesture when grilled for Charles' response to Harry attending his historic celebrations alone.
Gyles claimed Charles is happy enough to let the Duke and Duchess of Sussex live their own life stateside.

Speaking to Page Six, Gyles said: "I’m lucky enough to go to Clarence House for events to do with charities and things.
"I’m a trustee of something called The Queen’s Reading Room, which is a real passion project of the new queen."
He went on: "There are pictures of Harry and Meghan on the piano [and] on the mantlepiece."
Gyles, 75, has met Charles, 74, and Camila, 75, many times over the years and was also counted as a friend of the late Prince Phillip's.
Gyles went on to say that the King and Queen consort are too busy with their upcoming plans to dwell on long-running 'feud rumours'
“I don’t think they [Charles and Queen Camilla] are obsessing about it they are just getting on with it," he claimed.
"He announced that William was going to be the Prince of Wales. He sort of made the situation clear and wished Harry and Meghan love and well as they build their life overseas," Gyles added.
A lot has been said from all angles surrounding Harry's relationship with his dad. In a number of TV interviews and his memoir titled Spare, the prince was open about his feelings towards members of his family and their treatment of his wife.
However, he will still be in attendance on the day of the King's Coronation. Meghan, though, will be staying in the United States as their son Prince Archie turns four.

Meghan was spotted over the weekend for the first time since her no-show decision.
She was seen via videolink introducing a Ted Talk by her long-time friend and photographer Misan Harriman, who has snapped many photos of Prince Harry, Meghan and their family.
Her appearance introducing the Ted Talk yesterday emerged after Misan posted an image to his social media which showed the former Suits star on the big screen and smiling as she spoke.
He wrote: "The Duchess of Sussex was kind enough to introduce me unto the stage for my @ted Thank you for the support Meg."
