Emmerdale fans 'solve' who mystery Adrian is and his 'family link' to Caleb

Emmerdale fans think they know who the mystery newcomer Adrian is, ahead of viewers meeting them onscreen.

It's not known for sure if the new character linked to Caleb Miligan will ever appear, but he's definitely involved in the revenge against Kim Tate.

Fans now believe he could be related to Caleb and the Tates, after Caleb's recent confession about his family.

Viewers know that Home Farm nanny Nicky Miligan is the secret son of Caleb, and they have teamed up to destroy Kim - the ex of Caleb's dad Frank Tate.

Caleb wants to steal everything she has, believing it all belongs to his late dad while no one actually knows asides Nicky that Frank was his father.

Kim's business partner Caleb has been pulling strings to get his plan in motion, and he was recently shown calling someone called Adrian.

This character was soon meddling with Kim's businesses and making her think she was at risk of losing a huge deal.

They are definitely in on Caleb's plan and appear to know him very well, but their identity remains a mystery.

Something Caleb told love interest Leyla Harding recently though has sparked suspicions Adrian could be related to Caleb and Nicky.

Despite fans being led to believe Nicky was Caleb's only child, he recently referred to himself as having children as if there was one or more siblings of Nicky's that we had not met.

Viewers are now wondering if Adrian is the son or daughter of Caleb, and if it's a "family affair" to destroy Kim.

Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "I'm still wondering who Adrian is? Could he be Caleb's other son?"

A second fan said: "When Caleb asked Leyla to keep their affair secret anyone else notice he also said "My children don't want me to move on" so could this mysterious Adrian potentially be another of his kids? Total family affair out to finally bring down the Queen B of the Dales?"

Another viewer wrote: "Adrian can be a female name, so could be Caleb's daughter," while a fourth fan tweeted: "Adrian? what are the chances it's Jamie."

It comes as soap boss Jane Hudson recently told The Mirror that there was another big secret linked to Caleb that was yet to drop.

Teasing more ahead for Caleb, she said: "We have revealed who Nicky is, there is still something else to find out but I'm not going to tell you. Not all the secrets have been revealed yet.

"There is something else we are going to learn and there is going to be someone from Nicky's past who turns up as well and we will be left wondering what this means for Gabby.

"We know they are planning a wedding so is that going to go off? Is it not? Meanwhile, how is Cain going to react when Caleb nearly sends Moira into financial ruin, which is a whole other story that's playing out.

"So when Cain finds out his brother is responsible, how on Earth is it gonna play out when they are trying so hard to have this relationship? Is it all going to be doomed?"

Asked when Kim Tate will find out that Caleb is Frank Tate's son and out for revenge against her, Jane said: "Soon, very, very soon. There is not long to go, it will be after the coronation but before the soap week."

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
