Jenelle didn't seem to be too affected by the incident and instead made fun of the scammer before going live on Twitch for the first time in two years.

Deepfakes are videos and images which have been digitally created using artificial intelligence or machine learning.

While the images aren't real, they still raise concerns over consent when it comes to using women's bodies without their permission.

Indiefoxx is the latest streamer to be targeted by the fake nudes, with streamer Atrioc recently criticised after being caught buying deepfake nude pictures of other streamers.

The rise in deepfake images and videos has led to twitch implementing new policies.

In a statement they said: "The emerging trend of 'deepfake' (and related technologies) content online will bring with it a lot of questions and will require careful and thoughtful consideration in our planning, response, and actions.

"Not all synthetically-created content is sexual in nature, nor is all of it non-consensual.

"The topic is very much on out radar, and we are always monitoring emerging behaviours to ensure our policies remain relevant."

Twitch continued: "But one thing is clear: when it's used to create synthetic NCEI, that nuance disappears.

"The creation, promotion, or viewing of this content is not welcome on Twitch."

They said their new policies will be released this month.

"Our work to protect this community is ongoing, and, as always, we'll keep you updated," the company added.
