Joe Wicks slammed after sharing ripped pics of wife Rosie's post-baby body
Joe Wicks has been slammed for sharing ripped pics of his wife Rosie’s body just seven months after she gave birth.
The Body Coach took to Instagram to gush how proud he was of the 32-year-old’s progress since having their third baby in September.
Posting a series of snaps of former model Rosie working out, Joe praised her for looking “absolutely phenomenal”.
The fitness star revealed his wife was in “the best physical and mental shape of her life” and was “lifting weights heavier than ever”.
But the comments didn’t go down well with fans, including new mums who found the pics triggering.
TOWIE's Chloe Brockett makes cheeky dig at Saffron Lempriere during filming“So proud of Rosie. I think she looks absolutely phenomenal,” Joe told his 4.6 million Instagram followers.
“She exercised all the way through her pregnancy with Leni and has really stepped up her training in the last six months to rebuild her strength.
“There is no doubt genetics has an impact and plays a role but I’ve seen her work so hard to rebuild her strength and fitness. She’s lifting heavier weights than ever and is in the best physical and mental shape of her life.”
Praising her mum skills, Joe continued: “What’s more impressive is Leni has never slept through the night and since four months old continues to wake multiple times through the night.
“She [Rosie] still makes the commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle and when she does train she really pushes herself and I admire her for that. She hates cardio and currently lifts heavy weights three times a week for around 45 mins.”
Plugging his own workouts at the end, Joe added: “If you want to try some strength workouts download the @thebodycoachapp and give the ‘Strength Week Challenge’ a try.”
Followers were quick to comment below, with some saying not everyone has the time or resources Joe and Rosie have.
One wrote: “I think this is a post that can cause a lot of women to have nervous breakdowns. Mine never slept and I could not have gone to the gym.
“Rosie has an amazing figure and I’m not denying she doesn’t work hard to maintain it, but for some and most women they don’t look like that before of after pregnancy.
“Some/most women can’t get to a gym, can’t leave children etc... don’t have the finances or motivation due to situations at home.”

Just want to say for some mamas that may see this and feel they just can’t... that’s ok! It takes time. Especially if you had a birth injury. Having babies takes its toll! It took me over 18 months to feel ready for weights, after birth and physio.”
A third wrote: “She looks amazing! It would be helpful to acknowledge the time, money and resources to be able to do this though, an awful lot of parents are not in the same position.”
The backlash comes days after Joe was criticised for sharing a photo of seven-month-old baby Leni dangling from a push up bar at an outdoor gym.
Joe seemed to defend his decision by posting a similar throwback snap on his Instagram stories of older children Indie, four, and Marley, three, hanging off the bars with him.
