Shaughna Phillips praised as she shares 'reality' of motherhood in candid snap
Love Island's Shaughna Phillips was praised by fans for sharing an honest picture of the reality of motherhood.
Earlier this month, the reality star welcomed her first child, Lucia, and shared the news with fans on her Instagram.
Shaughna first announced in October that she was expecting her first baby, sharing the news of her pregnancy with footage of her having an ultrasound scan as well as clips of a positive pregnancy test.
The TV personality, 28, has shared candid stories about her pregnancy journey and, in her most recent Instagram post, she talked about what life has been like after welcoming her child.
In the photo, an exhausted Shaughna fell asleep upright in her bed while holding onto a cup of coffee.

"About a week ago…," she penned. "Thought I’d bless your timeline with some reality.
"Breastfeeding top, maternity nappy, peppermint tea to help the trapped wind in my shoulder (that pain is worse than any contraction I had btw), legs swollen from surgery and tired beyond belief!
"Can we also appreciate how I was able to fall asleep while keeping my cup upright?! Talent.
"I don’t know if I’ll ever feel like I’m not winging it? But thank god for my village."

Shaughna welcomed her baby after a tough couple of months following the arrest of her baby daddy Billy Webb.
Webb was arrested on January 20 and has been charged with possession with intent to supply a Class A drug and being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs on 21 January.
A representative for Shaughna - who had been dating childhood pal Webb since 2020 - told the Mirror the reality TV star "had absolutely no knowledge of any activity involving the allegations against Billy".
Shaughna later said her baby's father "isn't around" following his arrest.
